Khaberni - The market value of the Amman Stock Exchange increased by 50.05% during the past year 2025 compared to 2024.
According to the exchange statistics, the market value of the Amman Stock Exchange during the past year reached 26.493 billion dinars, compared to 17.655 billion dinars for 2024.
The annual trading volume in the exchange also increased during 2025, by 80.56%, reaching 2.165 billion dinars, compared to 1.199 billion dinars for 2024.
The general index of the stock exchange rose by 45.12% last year, recording a record level not reached in 17 years, reaching 3611 points compared to 2488 points in 2024.
The index of major companies also increased by 47.22% last year, recording 1978 points, compared to 1344 points in 2024.
The total return index rose by 58.52% last year, reaching 2602 points, compared to 1641 points for 2024.
The number of companies whose stock prices increased last year was 106 companies, while the number of listed companies whose stocks rose more than 10% last year was 90 companies.
