Khaberni - Bloomberg International classified the Amman Stock Exchange (formerly Amman Financial Market) as the thirteenth globally in terms of performance from the beginning of last year 2025 until the end, after it achieved an increase of more than 45% according to global market index data.
This advanced performance is an important positive economic indicator and reflects a noticeable improvement in the investment climate in Jordan, alongside the increasing attractiveness of the market to local and foreign capitals compared to a large number of regional and international markets.
This progress is attributed to a number of factors, the most prominent of which are the improved results of listed companies, stability in economic policies, and increased investor confidence in the performance of the national economy.
This rating confirms the ability of the Amman Stock Exchange to achieve competitive returns amidst global market fluctuations, which enhances its status as one of the promising investment destinations in the region.
The Amman Stock Exchange had closed Wednesday's trading session, the last of 2025, at 3611 points, a record high it had not reached for 17 years.
