Khaberni - The Egyptian Arab Land Bank – Jordan announces the termination of all its operations in Jordan and the permanent cessation of its services, including branches, electronic channels, and ATMs.
This occurred after the Union Bank acquired all the operations of the Egyptian Arab Land Bank in Jordan, with the approval of the Central Bank of Jordan for the transaction, through purchasing all its assets and liabilities, in addition to all the rights and obligations of the bank, according to the agreement between the two banks.
All necessary procedures have been completed to ensure the continued provision of banking services to all customers of the Egyptian Arab Land Bank efficiently and smoothly through the Union Bank.
