El Sawy discussed his stance on organ donation during a television interview, explaining that he has not yet made a decision due to an internal struggle between his desire to serve humanity and save others, and his personal attachment to his organs.
El Sawy emphasized his determination to make a decision with which he feels completely convinced before finalizing it, saying: «I like to take a stance when I am fully satisfied with it».
