Shortly, the Giza Criminal Court will look at the trial of the accused of committing the Labini Faisal crime, who is accused of tragically ending the life of a woman and her children, inside one of the streets of the Labini Faisal area belonging to the pyramid section in Giza Governorate.
The investigative authorities listened to the statements of the father of the three children who were killed by a person who claimed to be associated with their mother in the Faisal area, where he stated that there were disputes between him and his wife, the mother of the children, on September 29th, noting that he was surprised by her leaving the house that same night without his knowledge.
The father stated during the investigations that his wife was living with him on Atlas Street in Qalyubia Governorate, and she was born in Tala city, pointing out that the disputes between them were due to his suspicions about her behavior. He added that after her disappearance, he filed a missing person report at the police station on October 5th.
The father of the victims explained that he works as a security guard at one of the stores of a famous supermarket chain in 6th of October City, while his wife worked as a maid in homes to help him bear the burdens of living and raising the children.

He added that the disputes between them escalated gradually despite the simplicity of their living conditions, explaining that his wife's father had been married three times, and her mother married twice, and that his wife did not want to continue living with him, as she left the house more than once and requested a divorce about eight months prior, saying: "My wife left the house twice and her uncle brought her back, and in the third time she returned as a corpse."
He continued, saying that his wife returned home on September 25th, but she left again on the 27th of the same month, despite having a broken leg, confirming that he himself cast her leg in the hospital, and provided her with comfort, where she slept on the bed while he slept on the floor beside her.
The father of the children followed up: "I returned from work and found a large travel bag containing her things and my three children's things, and when I found out they were killed, I didn’t doubt her at all because she loved them more than me."
He concluded his statements by referring to a phone call he received from an unknown person before the crime occurred, during which he was informed that his wife was cheating on him, and described her despite her being veiled, which prompted him to file a report against this unknown person at the communications police.
When asked about his relationship with both Saif Al-Din Hamada and Jana Hamada, he answered that they are his children. The father of the children also explained, during questioning, that the nature of his job is working as a security guard in 6th of October City, which is the main source of his monthly income.
