Khaberni - The traffic department begins implementing its special traffic plan coinciding with the Christmas and New Year's celebrations, starting from Tuesday, and continues until the end of all events associated with these occasions.
The director of the traffic department, Brigadier Raed Al-Assaf, said on Tuesday that more than 2000 individuals and officers from the traffic department ranks, in addition to 558 vehicles, will participate in implementing the traffic plan.
Al-Assaf explained that the traffic department's personnel, in various formations, will be deployed in all areas, especially in public places, in front of churches, hotels, tourist sites, commercial complexes, and markets, with the aim of maintaining the fluidity of traffic movement, enhancing public order, and preventing any legal violations that could disturb the atmosphere of the New Year's celebrations.
