He described the deceased as having coped with her health condition with notable positivity, noting that she was surrounded by her family continuously.
Omar said that Somaya El Alfy frequently repeated "Alhamdulillah" (praise be to God) despite her suffering, emphasizing that she had a peaceful spirit and love for life even during her withdrawal from the artistic spotlight, and added that his mother repeatedly expressed her satisfaction and happiness with what God had ordained for her.
Omar El Fishawy revealed the circumstances of his brother Ahmed's emotional reaction towards one of the photographers during their mother's wake, considering that the lack of privacy in such sensitive moments was a direct cause of the tension, amidst some people's pursuit for quick shots without considering the human circumstances.
