An Important Message from Nawaf AlAjarmeh

Khaberni - Nawaf Al-Ajarmeh, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Education, addressed a message to the students of the supplementary Tawjihi session, stating the following:

(You are bigger than an exam... and nobler than a result, a generation of hope confidently moving towards success)
To our sons and daughters, the general secondary students in your supplementary session for the year 2025
I speak to you today from a position of national trust that cannot be measured by an administrative role or condensed into a job title, but derives its meaning from the confidence of a state that has made education a pillar of its renaissance, knowledge the guide of its path, and humanity its primary focus... It is a word that springs from the heart of the educational system and reaches out to you as its living core, the extension of its horizon, and the bearers of its flag in the near future.
You stand on the threshold of an exam that transcends being a test of individuals to become a national entitlement, an exam managed by the state with its intellect, protected by its will, and its educational conscience guards its fairness. It is a national duty for which energies are mobilized, efforts are united, and details are built on solid foundations of integrity and equal opportunities, to be an honest mirror of your efforts, and a just platform that reflects your true deservingness without excess or deficiency.
These exams have been prepared with precise care and high professionalism, according to an educational philosophy that sees the exam as a tool for fairness, not confusion; a space for reassurance, not tension; and a window of hope, not a wall of pressure. The Directorate of Examinations and Assessments in the Ministry of Education has prepared this national entitlement within high scientific and professional frameworks, and with comprehensive institutional coordination with relevant departments in the ministry, ensuring the integrity, fairness, and credibility of the examination structure. The Examinations Departments in all Directorates of Education support this by coordinating with examination committees in the directorates, equipping the halls with qualified staff from heads of halls, monitors, assistants, and support committees, based on clear criteria and precise standards, in a form of integrated teamwork, as one body, one heart, and one mind, keeping the scale of justice straight, making every student feel their rights are safeguarded, their efforts appreciated, and their future respected.
My sons and daughters... enter the examination halls with the tranquility of someone confident and steady, with the stability of one who knows their own worth and effort, and with the focus of the knowledgeable not the tension of the anxious. Make the system and the guiding exam instructions a frame of safety for you, a guide of fairness that preserves your rights, and prepares for you a calm, balanced environment, helping you to clearly demonstrate your knowledge, and gives you the confidence to perform in an atmosphere of discipline and mutual respect. Make time your companion, and questions an opportunity to reveal what is in your minds of knowledge, and in your hearts of determination. For knowledge does not disappoint those who are devoted to it, effort is not wasted when sincerely expended, and the path, however long, opens its horizons to those who walk it with steadiness and resolve.
And remember, whatever the impact of this session in your hearts, it is not the end of the dream, but a crucial stop along its journey, and that life is broader than an exam, and more spacious than a result.
The doors of knowledge do not close; they multiply and expand for those who possess the will, and believe that learning is an ongoing pathway and that true building starts from the mind and ends with serving the nation. For Jordan does not only await a certificate from you, but expects lively thought, an awake conscience, a productive mind, and a spirit convinced that excellence is a responsibility, that success is a commitment, and that science is a mission.
And at this moment you are not alone; behind you is a ministry that places education at the forefront of its priorities, working to provide a fair and safe exam environment, believing in your abilities, and betting on your awareness. And behind you are teachers who have carried the message of education with dedication, who have given of their effort, time, and thought, who have patiently sown knowledge, cultivated determination by example, and accompanied your journey day after day, believing that building humans is the greatest investment for the nation. And behind you are parents who have stayed up and prayed, and a whole nation that trusts you are up to the challenge.
Proceed to your exams knowing that you are performing a national duty, writing a bright line in your journey, and participating in shaping a future that can only be built by the efforts of the learned, the minds of the diligent, and souls that believe knowledge is the most solid path to rise and dignity.
I ask God to grant you success, to strengthen your hearts, and to make success your ally as the fruit of cumulative diligence, the beginning of a horizon wider than ambition, work, and achievement, and a path that opens before you horizons of self-confidence, the ability to contribute, and making a difference, and to be as Jordan wants you to be, as the leader of the nation, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, may God preserve him, wants you to be—young people believing and armed with knowledge, confident in your capabilities, loyal to your country, capable of carrying its message, and building its future, and safeguarding its achievements.
And God is the guardian of success.
