The "Karieh" Dental Center in Germany warns that severe toothache may indicate, in some cases, an impending heart attack, explaining that the pain does not originate from the teeth themselves, but is a result of widespread pressure from the upper abdomen and heart area.
Therefore, the center emphasized the importance of calling an ambulance in case of experiencing severe pain that extends to the lower jaw, left shoulder, or left arm, along with other symptoms indicative of a heart attack, such as chest tightness, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, dizziness, and nausea.
