The British authorities arrested the British doctor of Palestinian origins, Rahma Al-Adwan.
Arab sources in Britain stated that the authorities implemented an arrest campaign during the last 48 hours that included Dr. Al-Adwan.
This comes in the context of a hunger strike carried out by several detainees from the "Palestine Action" group, which opposes the aggression on Gaza and which played a significant role in pro-Palestine demonstrations in Britain recently.
The British authorities are refusing to respond to the demands of the hunger strikers, amidst reports of their health deteriorating.
Al-Adwan has previously been arrested several times for her opposition to the aggression on Gaza, and has also faced numerous harassments, notably being barred from practicing her profession for 15 months on charges of anti-Semitism.
