Martyr and injuries due to shelling and fire from the occupation in various areas of the Gaza Strip

Khaberni - A young man was martyred, and a number of Palestinians were injured on Wednesday by shelling and gunfire from Israeli occupation forces in various areas of the Gaza Strip, coinciding with air raids and the destruction of residential buildings.

Medical sources reported the martyrdom of the young Akram Hassan Al-Arjani (27 years old), due to shelling targeting the "Lemon Land" area south of Khan Younis, where he was transferred to Nasser Medical Hospital.

A Palestinian was also injured by a "Quadcopter" drone near Abu Hussein School in the northern part of the sector, while a girl was shot by the occupation in the Qizan Abu Rashwan area south of Khan Younis.

Occupation planes launched air raids east of Gaza City and east of the "Yellow Line" east of Khan Younis, coinciding with intensive Israeli aircraft flights at low altitudes, while the occupation forces destroyed residential buildings east of Khan Younis and bombarded the eastern areas of the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in Gaza City and east of the Al-Bureij camp in the center of the sector.

The occupation forces also repeatedly opened fire to the east of the Zeitoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, with no injuries reported in that area so far.

Since the ceasefire on October 11, 615 Palestinians have been martyred, and 1,658 others have been injured.

The toll of the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,073 martyrs and 171,756 injured since the aggression began on October 7, 2023.
