The Brave Jordanians A Final Step Towards Making History

Khaberni - The eyes of the Jordanian and Arab crowds are set on the “Lusail” Stadium at 7 PM tonight, to watch the final match of the Arab Cup (Qatar 2025) where the Jordanian national team faces their Moroccan counterpart.

The national team is looking to achieve its first official title in its history, having previously won two Arab Games in 1997 and 1999, while the Moroccan team aspires to win its second title in history after its triumph in 2012.

The teams have previously met in 5 occasions, where Morocco won 4 matches and one ended in a draw, while their last encounter in the 2021 edition ended with Morocco winning 4-0.

The national team enters the match following a distinguished performance in the tournament, advancing past teams from the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia, while the Moroccan team qualified after topping its group and prevailing over Syria and the UAE in the knockout stages.

Missing from the Brave Ones will be striker Yazan Al-Naimat due to injury, while coach Jamal Salami has confirmed the readiness of all players to play the match, sending a message that he aims to win the title despite his love for his homeland Morocco, affirming that Jordan needs this joy.

On his part, Moroccan coach Tariq Siktioui confirmed his team's readiness for the final, praising the Jordanian team, and emphasizing that his team also is going through special circumstances and needs the joy.
