CRIF Jordan Holds Annual Planning Meeting

Khaberni - CRIF Jordan held its annual planning meeting, with the participation of the executive management, to review the company’s performance during the year 2025 and determine the company's strategic plans for the upcoming phase.

The company said in a press release that the meeting focused on reviewing the level of achievement accomplished in 2025, noting that all tasks listed in the adopted plan for the year were completed, in addition to implementing several quality projects that were not previously listed in the work plan. This reflected the company's flexibility and its ability to respond to market requirements.

It clarified that discussions covered the challenges faced by each department and proposed practical solutions to overcome them, in addition to preparing the strategic plan for the next five years, which aligns with national tendencies and the economic modernization vision 2033.

CRIF Jordan indicated that the meeting discussed plans to expand the company's services and add new products and solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality of service provided to institutions subscribed to credit information services, as well as targeting new sectors such as service, insurance, and commercial credit sectors, in parallel with accelerating digital transformation programs and automating services, which enhances operational efficiency and ease of access to credit data.

The company pointed out that its database continued its rapid growth to include nearly three million clients from individuals and institutions, whereas today more than seventy information-providing entities are connected, including twenty commercial and Islamic banks, eight smaller finance companies, the three major telecommunication companies, in addition to non-bank finance companies and credit card companies, along with a number of governmental funds as active partners in enhancing financial inclusion.

Dr. Ahmad Amoudi, the general manager of CRIF Jordan, stated that the meeting was to comprehensively evaluate the company’s performance during the year 2025, affirming that CRIF Jordan successfully accomplished all the targets of the annual plan, in addition to implementing quality projects not previously listed, reflecting the readiness of the work teams and their ability to adapt to the rapidly changing market demands.

He added that reviewing challenges at the department level and the open discussion about them allowed reaching practical solutions that enhance performance efficiency and corroborate a culture of planning based on results.

Amoudi clarified that the upcoming phase would focus more on expanding services and developing advanced digital products that serve banks, institutions, and new sectors, in parallel with accelerating the digital transformation and service automation, which aligns with the economic modernization vision 2033.
