Khaberni - The so-called Higher Planning Council in the Israeli occupation government approved yesterday evening, Wednesday, the issuance of permits to build 764 new settlement units in the occupied West Bank.
The Israeli Channel 7 reported today, Thursday, that approval was granted for the construction of 51,000 settlement units since Smotrich took office as second minister in the Israeli Ministry of Defense about three years ago.
It stated that since the beginning of the current Israeli government's term, a total of 51,370 new settlement units have been approved across the West Bank, noting that this is an unprecedented number.
