Artist Ahmed Saad, in television statements, stated that Tamer's condition still calls for prayers and support, confirming that he found him "bedridden and immobile, unlike his usual energetic self who draws energy from his constant interaction with people."
Saad added that he tried to comfort his friend during the visit, saying with a smile: "I sat by his bedside and told him, this isn't the poster for our upcoming concert," in a reference to his desire to boost his morale.

According to local media, the crisis began with a small cyst in the kidney, before the scans revealed the presence of a limited-size tumor that required immediate surgical intervention, while the removed part is still under laboratory analysis.

In an artistic development, Tamer Hosny is preparing to return to his audience through a major singing concert scheduled to be held on December 20 inside Abdeen Palace in Cairo, marking his first appearance on stage since his health crisis.
The company "Tazkarti", which is organizing the event, announced that the concert will have a charitable nature and proceeds will be directed to support a number of humanitarian activities. They explained that the audience will experience an exceptional evening that includes a collection of Hosny's most famous songs, in a historic setting at one of the capital's most important architectural landmarks.
