Khaberni - Within the framework of its societal responsibility and ongoing efforts to achieve a positive impact on society, Orange Jordan, in cooperation with "Capable for Training and Integration of Disabled People" Ablers, concluded the "Capable" program, which comes under the umbrella "Our abilities are different but our capabilities are definite,” aimed at empowering disabled youth and enhancing their economic participation by developing their life and professional skills.

The program included a training workshop for Orange Jordan's leadership teams on the rights of people with disabilities and inclusive or best practices presented by the Ablers team, which aimed to provide company leaders with practical tools to enhance institutional and sustainable integration of people with disabilities in the workplace, including inclusive employment practices and building a culture of belonging and appreciation. Through realistic discussions and practical activities, more inclusive behaviors were developed, which enabled handling various situations fairly, respectfully, and with increased awareness.

On the last day of the program, Orange Jordan's leadership teams conducted realistic training interviews with participants in the "Capable" program, and they received direct feedback to boost their self-confidence and readiness for actual job interviews. This experience contributed to enhancing the company's commitment to equal opportunities, and ensuring that each participant had a fair chance to showcase their talents without any barriers. At the end of the program, Orange Jordan presented participation certificates to honor the skills acquired and readiness for the job market.

Orange Jordan expressed its belief in the abilities of people with disabilities, and its commitment to providing them with practical tools that enhance their competitiveness in the job market and consolidate equal opportunities for all. The company also reiterated its ongoing commitment to paving the way for them through quality training programs that open new horizons for them to engage in the job market, enabling them to secure a sustainable professional future and to actively contribute to the national economy.

Ablers reiterated its commitment to empowering people with disabilities and supporting their full integration into the labor market and society, considering this partnership with Orange a pivotal step towards achieving their shared vision of enhancing economic inclusion in Jordan through providing fair and effective training and employment opportunities.

It is worth mentioning that the "Capable" program lasted for 10 training days, with participation from up to 20 young men and women with disabilities, where participants received intensive practical training in employment skills and personal skills, alongside guided professional mentoring and direct opportunities for accessing real jobs, including potential employment opportunities at Orange Jordan, affirming the company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and sustainable work environment.
