Khaberni - In the framework of Arab University of Amman's efforts to enhance academic and technological partnerships and expand the horizons of cooperation and exchange experiences with international educational institutions, the Business School, coordinated by the Department of Business Administration, organized a specialized scientific workshop titled "The Role of Administrative Leadership in Developing the University Work Environment," sponsored by Professor Dr. Waddah Al-Tamimi, the President of the Middle Technical University and the Dean of the Technical Management Institute, presented by Dr. Mohammed Khattab, faculty member at the Business School at Arab University of Amman, to the faculty and postgraduate students at the Technical Management Institute in the brotherly Republic of Iraq.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of effective administrative leadership in advancing the work environment within university institutions, by enabling academic and administrative leaders to adopt modern leadership methods that enhance motivational concepts, develop institutional communication skills, and rationalize the decision-making process, contributing to the creation of an environment conducive to creativity and excellence in academic and administrative performance. Dr. Khattab indicated that the workshop witnessed significant interaction from the participants, where during the meeting, ways of joint cooperation were discussed, and agreements were made to implement more specialized workshops in the future, alongside cooperation in the areas of academic supervision and discussion of postgraduate students.
