Khaberni - The Educational Development Team in the Directorate of Education for Naour held its periodic meeting chaired by the Director of Education Dr. Haifa Al-Kharisha, with the presence of the Director of Educational Affairs, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, and team members.
The meeting discussed the needs of the directorate's schools, reviewed the expenses implemented within the development grant, and examined the educational and organizational priorities for the upcoming phase. Previously spent items were reviewed, along with the analysis of the financial grant data to ensure its alignment with the actual needs of the schools and the achievement rates in each item.
The head of the Educational Supervision Department, acting as the liaison officer, presented an overview of the completion of the educational development plan matrix for 2025–2027, highlighting its main components, strategic goals, and proposed implementation steps.
Dr. Haifa Al-Kharisha confirmed that any amount spent within the development grant is subject to precise procedures and is not approved until official approval from the committee members is obtained, enhancing transparency and good resource management. She also emphasized the importance of ongoing integration between departments to ensure the improvement of educational services and meet the needs of the district's schools.
