Khaberni - Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, president of the Jordanian Football Association, will head the Jordanian delegation participating in the 2026 World Cup draw, which will be held in the American capital, Washington.

Accompanying Prince Ali, the General Secretary of the Jordanian Football Federation, Samar Nassar, and the Jordanian ambassador to the draw, Abdullah Abou Zema.

The draw will take place at the Kennedy Center in Washington, US, to determine the fate of the 48 teams participating in the upcoming tournament, which will be held for the first time in three countries: the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

This edition of the tournament is the largest in the history of the World Cup, as it features 48 teams instead of the 32 teams of previous editions, with the teams divided into 12 groups. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the round of 16.

Teams have been classified into four levels based on the FIFA rankings, to be allocated into groups in a balanced manner.

President Donald Trump will attend the 2026 World Cup draw.
