Khaberni - The Ministry of Social Development issued today, Friday, its achievement report for the month of November, monitoring the most prominent services it provided.
In a press release from the Communication and Media Directorate, the ministry reported that it has received 8117 studies for the purpose of issuing health insurance cards, and 145 transactions for the exemption from treatment expenses, while it conducted 125 transactions for the service of settling the rights of heirs and 1867 transactions related to exemption from work permits.
According to the report, 27 children were enrolled in child care homes, and 37 children left, while the number of children who were delivered to alternative families was 6, and 5 new nurseries were licensed.
The report stated that the number of women and children benefiting from the services of the Social Service Offices - Family and Juvenile Protection Administration was 217 cases, while the number of juveniles benefiting from the services of the Juvenile Education and Rehabilitation Houses affiliated with the ministry was 268 juveniles, 96 of whom benefited from vocational rehabilitation programs. Regarding the number of working children who received psychological and social interventions and services according to the case management methodology, they were 53 children.
Regarding the general registry of associations, the cumulative number of registered and existing associations under the effective Associations Law is 6031 associations, where 19 new associations were registered, while the number of requests to amend the basic systems for associations was 201, and the number of associations that were dissolved was 28 associations, and the number of temporary bodies that completed their work was 4 bodies, and the number of existing temporary bodies was 14 bodies, and the number of dissolution committees that completed their work was 6 committees, and the number of associations that were warned was 19 associations.
Regarding the activities of the Begging Control Directorate, the report revealed that 662 campaigns were conducted to fight begging, during which 560 beggars were apprehended.
According to the report's data for the activities of the National Aid Fund, the total number of families benefiting from the monthly financial aid program was 48837 families, and the number of families benefiting from the training program was 130 families, while the response rate to the calls received by the fund was 100%.
