Khaberni - Jordan's representative to the United Nations, Walid Obeidat, emphasized on Wednesday the necessity of solidifying the ceasefire in Gaza, supporting the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees "UNRWA", and rejecting the illegal Israeli measures in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
Obeidat affirmed Jordan's humanitarian role in the occupied Palestinian territories, pointing out that the two-state solution remains the only way forward.
