The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Russian-Saudi Business Forum held in Riyadh today, Monday, with the participation of officials and businessmen from both countries.

The forum was held on the margins of the ninth meeting of the joint governmental committee between the two countries for trade, economic, scientific, and technical cooperation, chaired by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak and Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman.
