Khaberni - "Al-Aasha Street 2" has officially completed filming the second part in preparation for its release in the upcoming month of Ramadan.
The series returns to the atmosphere of Riyadh in the seventies and eighties, recapturing details of social life inside the famous neighborhood that bears the name of the work, and following the transformations experienced by families, traders, and residents of the street amidst the wave of economic and cultural changes that the Kingdom went through at that time.
The new season provides a broader dramatic treatment compared to the first part, introducing new narrative lines for some characters and developing the pathways that formed the crux of the previous events. The production team made sure to use real filming locations and reconstruct scenes to reflect the spirit of that era, in an attempt to accurately revive the historical environment to enhance the presence of the work for the audience.
According to the creators of the series, the second part sees the participation of several new actors alongside the heroes of the first part, in a step aimed at expanding the circle of dramatic interaction and adding new angles to the intertwined stories within Al-Aasha Street, preparing for an anticipated showing within the upcoming Ramadan programming.
