Khaberni - The General Manager of the National Aid Fund, Khetam Al-Shanikat, announced the graduation of 550 additional families from the benefit programs after their members joined the labor market, bringing the total number of families graduated since the launch of the National Employment Program to 1194.
According to a statement from the fund today, Tuesday, Al-Shanikat also mentioned that in addition to the families that have been graduated, 1273 beneficiaries are still receiving aid despite having joined work during the grace period granted by the fund to ensure the stability of their living conditions, through the employment opportunities provided to them through the National Employment Program.
Al-Shanikat added that the Economic Empowerment Program; which constitutes one of the most prominent areas of its strategic work, continues to have a tangible impact on improving the living standards of the beneficiary families.
She pointed out that the preparation of these data was based on information extracted from the "Record" platform, and tracked through social security subscriptions of those who joined the labor market which showed that those who continued in employment opportunities for more than a year were distributed among 1296 males and 1171 females, reflecting the program's impact in providing sustainable job opportunities and contributing to improving the living standards of the beneficiary families.
And Al-Shanikat emphasized the importance of the partnership with the Ministry of Labor and the necessity of integrating national efforts, for the economic support of the fund's beneficiaries to move them from reliance on aid to self-reliance.
