AlWehdat beats AlBaqaa in the Football Federation Shield Championship

Khaberni - Al-Wehdat won against Al-Baqa'a 3-1 in the meeting that brought the two teams together this Saturday evening, at the end of the fifth round of the Football Federation Shield Championship, held at Prince Mohammad Stadium in Zarqa.

Mahmoud Shoukat opened the scoring for Al-Wehdat, before Ahmad Sabra added the second goal, then Ajayi scored the third goal, before Al-Baqa'a narrowed the gap with a goal by Abdullah Mansura.

Afterwards, Al-Wehdat missed a penalty through Muhannad Samrin.

Al-Wehdat raised its points to 11, while Al-Baqa'a remained at 5 points.

The Football Federation Shield Championship is played in a split-league system from a single stage, and the team achieving the highest number of points is crowned the champion, qualifying for the participation in next season's Super Cup.

The championship takes place during international breaks, allowing the largest number of players the opportunity to participate and be evaluated, alongside discovering new players from various age groups.
