Khaberni - Total Energies announced the sale of its entire 100% stake in Total Energies Marketing Jordan (TEMJ) to VIVO ENERGY.
Total stated that the deal has not yet been completed, and is still subject to approval by the relevant authorities and the completion of related agreements.
Total assured its customers that there will be no changes to the existing agreements with them, noting that VIVO ENERGY is a leading company in the field of trading and distribution of petroleum products on the African continent.
