Khaberni - Orange Jordan announced its sponsorship of the "SHERO" conference to support women in leadership, organized by the Dart Club, the student arm of the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship at Princess Sumaya University of Technology, with the goal of highlighting the contributions of women leaders and change makers, and celebrating the voices of Jordanian women who are breaking barriers and making a tangible impact in various sectors.

Orange Jordan expressed its belief in the importance of empowering and supporting women, pointing out that the conference aligns with the company's vision and community initiatives, particularly through the programs of the Orange Digital Center. Additionally, the company continues to enhance the representation of women within the company by increasing external female hires by 36% in 2023, with women making up 27% of the total workforce, while 25% of them hold leadership positions within the company.

The startup iRole, winner of the global edition of the Orange Social Venture Prize (OSVP) in the "International Women’s Prize" category, participated in the panel discussion titled "From Passion to Business – The Next SHEROs," where it presented its experience and major accomplishments, highlighting the role of BIG by Orange in Zarqa, a part of the Orange Digital Center, in incubating its project.

It’s worth noting that the conference served as a vital platform for dialogue and inspiration, through panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs, reaffirming the commitment of the partners, including Princess Sumaya University of Technology, the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship, and Orange Jordan, to support the entrepreneurial environment and enhance women's participation to create a positive tangible impact on society and the national economy.
