Khaberni - Capital Bank announced its participation as a Gold Sponsor of the Progress, Innovation, and Technology Exhibition and Conference in Cybersecurity (C8 2025), which was held under the patronage of His Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, at the King Hussein bin Talal Convention Center – Dead Sea during the period from November 18 to 20, 2025.

The C8 exhibition and conference were organized jointly by the National Cybersecurity Center, the Jordanian Center for Design and Development, and the company Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference (SOFEX Jordan). It serves as a prominent regional platform in the field of cybersecurity, aiming to enhance Jordan's position as a regional hub capable of keeping up with rapid technological developments and anticipating future technologies.
In a press statement, Capital Bank confirmed that its support for such events and conferences stems from its strategy aimed at meeting the latest global standards in data and system protection and adhering to the highest digital security standards. The bank noted that the conference provides an essential platform to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing institutions in the cyber realm.
The statement added that the conference represents an exceptional opportunity for exchanging expertise and insights with a selection of sector leaders and global decision-makers, positively impacting the development of banking protection mechanisms. It also pointed out that keeping up with the latest cybersecurity and artificial intelligence technologies is a fundamental pillar in ensuring business continuity and building trust with customers.
It is worth mentioning that this year's conference attracted around 5000 participants from over 50 countries worldwide, along with more than 40 local and international speakers. The event included several activities; notably, the "Dot Cyber Summit," the international "Armithon" competition, a specialized artificial intelligence exhibition, along with live hacking competitions and the Cyber Drill exercise that simulates realistic scenarios to protect critical infrastructure sectors. The conference aims through these events to cement Jordan's position as a leading regional center in the field of cybersecurity and enhance the digital security environment in response to future requirements and rapid technological progress.
