Ministry of Foreign Affairs The Absurd Illusions of Israeli Extremists Will Not Affect Jordan

Khaberni - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs strongly condemned the incendiary racist statements issued by the extremist Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen concerning the rejection of the establishment of a Palestinian state, and his futile attempt to promote illusions that will not affect Jordan, and the right of the Palestinian people to determine their destiny and embody their independent state on Palestinian national soil.

The official spokesperson of the ministry, Fuad Al-Majali, stated that the aggressive practices and statements issued by ministers of the extremist Israeli government reflect their troubled reality, showcasing a desire to create and fuel crises amidst a situation of impunity entrenched by their systematic violations of international law, international humanitarian law, the United Nations Charter, and state sovereignty.

Al-Majali emphasized that the embodiment of the Palestinian state on Palestinian national soil is a historical and legal right that cannot be diminished by valueless and legally ineffective statements from the Israeli Energy Minister and other extremist Israeli officials who deny the humanity of the Palestinian people and their legitimate right to freedom and an independent, sovereign state.

Moreover, Al-Majali underscored that the absurd illusions of Israeli extremists will not affect Jordan, nor diminish the legitimate and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, and will not be capable of altering the internationally ostracized reality of the Israeli government or impacting the increasing international support for the two-state solution and the rights of the Palestinian people.

Al-Majali called on the international community to take a clear stance condemning these statements and all Israeli incendiary racist acts and statements, which have no place but in the minds of extremists threatening the stability of the region and regional and international peace and security.
