Khaberni - Jordanian doctor Nader Haddad finished the full “Iron Man” Arizona race, one of the toughest endurance races in the world, which combines swimming for 3.8 kilometers, cycling for 180 kilometers, and running for 42.2 kilometers without stopping.
Haddad's achievement came after months of intensive training, making him one of a limited number of Jordanians who have completed this global challenge.
Haddad dedicated this victory to the spirit of his father, affirming that “pain is a privilege, and reaching the finish line was an unforgettable moment.”
More than two thousand contestants from various countries around the world participated in the race, in which Haddad succeeded in completing despite the difficult course and harsh weather conditions, recording an outstanding performance in his first participation at this full distance.
Haddad's accomplishment is a proud addition for Jordanian athletes in endurance sports, and a message of inspiration for the youth on the importance of perseverance and working to achieve goals no matter the challenges
