Khaberni - The total of inbound worker remittances to Jordan increased by 4.1% during the first three quarters of 2025, reaching $3,346.1 million, while the outbound remittances from the Kingdom increased by 15.8% to reach $1,294.9 million.
The data shows that remittances coming from the UAE ranked first among the total inbound remittances to the Kingdom, accounting for 21.4%, followed by the United States at (19.2%), then Saudi Arabia (18.6%), followed by Qatar (9.6%), and other countries constituted (31.2%) of the total inbound remittances.
As for outbound remittances, it appears that Egypt is the main destination for remittances leaving the Kingdom, accounting for 39.6%, followed by Bangladesh (11.0%), then the UAE (5.9%), followed by the Philippines (5.4%), with other countries constituting (38.1%) of the total outbound remittances.
