The Egyptian artist Tamer Hosny recently underwent a delicate surgery in the German capital, Berlin, after experiencing a health crisis that necessitated a series of tests and analyses before the doctors decided that surgery was essential, according to local media reports.

According to close sources, Tamer Hosny had been experiencing increasing pain for some time, and despite the doctors' insistence on the urgent need for surgery, he insisted on delaying it due to his commitments to several concerts during his European tour, and as soon as his commitments were over, he went to Berlin where he underwent the operation, details of which are being kept confidential to avoid causing concern to his fans.

The artist spent several days under medical observation before being allowed to leave, and must now observe a complete rest period at his home while waiting for the results of subsequent analyses.

The same sources confirmed that Tamer is spending the recovery period surrounded by his family, waiting for a new medical review in the upcoming period, before returning to continue his artistic activities after his health stabilizes.

In a separate context, Tamer Hosny recently posted a video of the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, expressing his profound admiration for him, describing him as "hardworking and dedicated to his career in a way that deserves books to explain it… A superhuman, and his story is inspiring."

The video posted by Tamer Hosny and his commentary about the Saudi Al-Nassr leader came at a time when Portugal qualified for the World Cup finals for the seventh consecutive time, and the ninth in its history, by thrashing Armenia 9-1 at the "Dragao" Stadium in Porto, in the last eighth round of Group 6 of the European qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
