Amman, the Jordanian capital, ranked tenth in the Arab world and 122nd globally in terms of safety, according to a recent ranking that included 300 cities worldwide.
According to Khaberni’s monitoring of the CEOWORLD magazine specialized in rankings, Amman scored 80.22 points on the safety index.
Amman is safer than well-known cities:
Amman surpassed famous European and global cities in the ranking, such as Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, and London in England, Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany, and Paris, Lyon, and Marseille in France, in addition to many cities in Italy, the United States, Canada, and others.
Gulf Lead:
According to CEOWORLD, Abu Dhabi ranked first globally as the safest city in the world for the year 2025, with a safety score of 97.73. It was followed by Taipei, then Doha in third place. Ajman, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Muscat also stood out among the safest cities.
The top ten list was completed with cities like The Hague, Bern, and Munich.
The ranking is based on safety indices and crime statistics to measure the level of safety in cities around the world.
