Khaberni - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Monday the start of the pilot operation for the latest government services centers, which is considered the tenth center in Zarqa Governorate within the comprehensive centers model that aims to improve the quality of services and facilitate citizens' access to them in one place.
This launch is part of a well-thought-out expansion plan, based on precise criteria for selecting center locations, ensuring ease of access, smooth service delivery, and a better experience for visitors.
The new center will offer a wide range of high-quality government services through a trained and competent team, aiming to enhance citizen satisfaction and maintain the service level that previous centers achieved with high satisfaction rates.
