Two Jordanians among the most powerful CEOs in the Middle East 2025

Forbes Middle East published its list of the top 100 CEOs in the Middle East for 2025, including two Jordanians.

The list included both Randa Sadeq and Abd al-Wahhab al-Rawad from Jordan.

 

Randa Sadeq

Sadeq ranked 59th on the list, serving as the CEO of Arab Bank in Jordan.

The magazine said about Sadeq:

Sadeq has led the bank since 2022. In the first half of 2025, Arab Bank announced a 6% growth in net income, reaching $535.3 million, while total assets increased by 9%, reaching $75.2 billion. Sadeq also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bank of Oman Al-Arabi and the Queen Rania Foundation. She is a member of the board of directors at the National Arab Bank and the Banks Association in Jordan.

 

Abd al-Wahhab al-Rawad

Meanwhile, al-Rawad ranked 77th on the list, serving as the CEO of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company.

The report says about al-Rawad:

Al-Rawad has been in his current position since 2019, after starting his career at the company in 1989. In July 2025, the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company and the Arab Potash Company, based in Jordan, signed an agreement to establish an industrial complex for producing phosphoric acid and specialized fertilizers in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone and Shidiya. Al-Rawad also serves as the chairman of the board of directors for the Jordan Industrial Ports Company and the vice-chairman of the board of directors for the Arab Fertilizer Association. He also holds the position of general manager for the Japanese Jordanian Fertilizer Company.
