Khaberni - MP Dr. Ahmad Al-Raqab proposed to Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan to address the accumulated financial balances on owners of various vehicles and cars, and he gave the Prime Minister the choice between discounting the violations or offering installment plans, followed by the text of the proposal:

Greetings,
Subject: Licensing and traffic violations, and the winter season.
Due to new procedures and absentee violations, financial balances have accumulated on drivers of various vehicles and cars, causing many of them to refrain from licensing them, and thus from insuring them in various types, which also led to an increased state of tension due to the risk of not having effective insurance for their vehicles, especially with the increase in accidents during the winter season.
The financial circumstances suffered by a large sector of the citizens and the sudden measures of traffic management have caused this sequence of inability to fulfill the required obligations, which necessitates the government to search for effective solutions to tackle the problem before it worsens.
Among the proposed solutions are complete or partial exemption, installment plans, or postponement.
