Khaberni - The incident occurred, according to the occupation army's narrative, in the vicinity of the "Karmi Tzur" settlement established on lands north of Hebron.
The occupation army said, "The defense army soldiers who were conducting operational activities near the settlement 'Karmi Tzur', spotted the two young men and shot them, resulting in their immediate death."
The occupation army confirmed that the Palestinians "were on their way to carry out an attack."
