Khaberni - The Directorate of Scholarships in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Tuesday about launching a portal for Jordanian students sent abroad for studying.
The launch of this portal comes as part of the ministry's efforts to develop and automate its services, facilitate procedures for dispatched students and their families, and align with the public sector development plan.
This portal provides the service of requesting the annual financial allocations for the dispatched students fully electronically at all stages, starting from submitting the application to transferring the financial allocation to the student’s bank account.
The ministry urges all students dispatched for studies abroad to visit the following link to access the portal's instructions, account creation mechanism, and the process of applying for the annual financial allocations: https://jordcultexc.mohe.gov.jo/Login.aspx.
The ministry also confirms that the disbursement of financial allocations at the end of the current academic year 2025-2026 will only be done through this portal, and no paper applications will be accepted. In case of any inquiries, students can communicate via e-mail: [email protected].
