Khaberni - The Saudi Geological Survey detected this morning an earthquake with a strength of 4.16 degrees on the Richter scale in the Arabian Gulf, without recording any noticeable effects within the Kingdom.
The stations of the national seismic monitoring network affiliated with the Saudi Geological Survey registered, on Monday, November 10, 2025, at exactly 15:22:10 Kingdom time, an earthquake in the Arabian Gulf area with a strength of 4.16 degrees on the Richter scale.
The authority clarified in its statement that its monitoring stations clearly captured the tremor, confirming that the earthquake's center is located inside the waters of the Arabian Gulf, at a depth that does not pose a danger to the nearby coastal areas.
It also indicated that the event did not result in any recorded human or material damages, and no noticeable feeling of the tremor was observed within the territories of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi Geological Survey confirmed that its staff continuously follow the seismic activity in the region through a comprehensive network of stations spread throughout the Kingdom, explaining that this network is managed according to the latest global systems in the field of seismic monitoring and analysis, to ensure speed and accuracy of response to any geological activity that may occur.
