Khaberni - The Iranian Revolutionary Guard issued an urgent warning to the citizens and residents in the city of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates, calling them to leave immediately as it will be a target in the near future.
It said in a statement, "Due to the use of this area in actions against the Iranian islands, it is expected that the city of Ras Al Khaimah will become a target in the near future."
It added: "Therefore, all residents are requested to leave this city as soon as possible through the designated paths shown in the pictures."
The Revolutionary Guard stated in their declaration that "Explicit and repeated warnings have previously been issued to your rulers regarding following this dangerous path and gambling with the fate of their people. However, they have chosen the path of blind subservience and have made decisions that do not reflect the will of their people, but were imposed on them from outside their borders, in the absence of any real sovereignty. Therefore, the full responsibility for all consequences of this path lies with them."
Earlier on Friday, a spokesman for the central "Khatam al-Anbiya" headquarters in Iran confirmed that if any aggression is repeated from the territories of the UAE against the islands (Abu Musa, Greater Tunb), then the army will target the Ras Al Khaimah area.
