70% for the Nursing specialization, medical allied specializations, Rehabilitation Sciences, Nutrition specializations, Food Science specializations.
 65% for other specializations.
The ministry also requires holders of Arab or foreign Secondary Education certificates to have them authenticated or equivalated by the Jordanian Ministry of Education according to its effective instructions.
The ministry emphasizes to all students wishing to benefit from the scholarships for all educational stages the necessity of adhering to the instructions for equivalence of non-Jordanian certificates for the year 2023.

The ministry also confirms that a student accepted for the academic year 2025-2026 who did not join studies in Hungarian universities after approving the scholarship and did not inform the Hungarian side of the reason for not joining, is not entitled to apply for Hungarian scholarships for three years starting from the academic year in which they were accepted.
Selection will be based among the students applying to benefit from these scholarships based on the result of one of the English language exams (IELTS / General or Academic) or (TOEFL iBT), converting the marks of these exams from (100) to unify the criterion.
The student must therefore provide the ministry with a duly attested document, valid (the document’s validity should not exceed two years from the specified date of receipt), including the result in one of the mentioned exams through the following link: https://rce.mohe.gov.jo/Hungary2026/, with the necessity of attaching the student's (Applicant ID Number) that they applied with at the mentioned link above,
The specified period for uploading an English language exam result document will end on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Therefore, the ministry urges students wishing to benefit from these scholarships who currently do not have such exam documents to take one of them at their accredited centers as soon as possible, with the student bearing the responsibility for the accuracy of the data and documents submitted.
The applicant will undergo an initial interview and exam - to be scheduled later - by the Hungarian universities they chose, confirming that the final acceptance will be communicated by the Hungarian side.
Important notice:
The ministry emphasizes to those wishing to benefit from these scholarships that the application process via the Hungarian scholarship website (stipendiumhungaricum.hu) does not require any payment of fees and that the site is user-friendly, allowing the student to fill out the application themselves with clear and specified steps. It also confirms that the initial nomination process will be conducted by the ministry and the final acceptance will be given by the granting party (Hungarian scholarship) without intervention from any other parties or university service offices.
