Khaberni - Today, Dr. Haifa Al-Kharisha, the Director of Education for Naour District, followed up in the presence of the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Hazem Al-Najdawi and the Director of Educational Affairs Dr. Rabia Al-Faqiha along with the Head of the Buildings Department Eng. Abdullah Abu Lahiya on maintenance operations and ongoing preparations in the district schools for the winter season.
Al-Kharisha emphasized the importance of implementing the periodic maintenance plan previously set by the directorate, which includes checking and maintaining electricity and water networks, heating systems, roofs, and ensuring the readiness of all school facilities and external fences to guarantee a safe and comfortable educational environment during the winter.
Al-Kharisha stressed the necessity of continuous field monitoring to ensure the work progresses according to the set timetable, praising the efforts of the field staff and the ongoing coordination between the concerned departments and school needs, especially the Buildings Department.
For his part, the head of the Buildings Department, the engineer highlighted the key tasks completed so far, explaining that the Buildings Department team follows up daily on the field needs of the schools, and works on addressing comments from the school administrations immediately, to ensure full readiness before the weather conditions intensify during the winter.
Al-Kharisha appreciated the efforts of the Buildings Department and all the directorate staff for their diligence and quick response, affirming that the safety of students and staff remains a constant priority in the directorate's work.
This meeting is part of the approach of the Naour District Directorate of Education in early monitoring and preparation for different weather seasons, ensuring the sustainability of a safe and healthy school environment throughout the school days.
