The leader's son reveals a surprise
During his appearance on the program «ET in Arabic», Rami said that the leader is an avid reader and keen follower, adding: "We always deliver everything written on social media to him immediately."
He continued: "We see people's love every day, not just on special occasions, but in the streets and everywhere, people stop me and pray for him, and this makes us very happy."
About the film «Shams Elzanaty 2», Rami Imam confirmed the continuation of the project despite the crises it recently faced, saying: "My brother Mohamed is still working on the film currently, and it is not necessary that I be the director, as another director is taking the responsibility, and it's not necessary for me to be the one."
He clarified that the film presents a new story that takes place before the events of the first part, which was shown in 1991, confirming that it is not a continuation of the original story, but a different treatment that presents a new vision for the world of Shams Elzanaty.
Renewing the leader's films
Rami Imam also expressed his enthusiasm about the idea of re-presenting his father, leader Adel Imam's films with a modern vision suitable for 2025, pointing out that works from the seventies and eighties "need renewal to keep up with the current generation."
