Khaberni - The star Ahmed Helmy announced his strong and different return to cinema after a three-year absence from the big screen since his last movie "One More" in 2022.
Helmy returns to the cinema with his new movie "The Weakest of Creation", which brings him together for the first time with the major star Hend Sabri, under the direction of director Omar Hala, director of the movie "Voy Voy Voy".
The events of the film cleverly mix drama with black comedy, as Helmy embodies the role of a zoo scientist who discovers that his fate is linked to the weakest creatures, in an exciting journey that touches the depths of sacrifice and resilience.
The events of the film revolve around 2007, during which Helmy portrays a zoo scientist working in the Giza Zoo, which suffers from poor conditions. The hero finds himself facing harsh challenges, the most important of which are financial and family struggles that threaten the stability of his private life, and social and work pressures in a deteriorating professional environment.
The story develops when Helmy discovers that the suffering of the animals he swore to protect painfully reflects his personal suffering, prompting him to offer moral sacrifices and make decisive decisions that determine the fate of everyone.
Hend Sabri repeats the role of a mother facing challenges
For her part, Hend Sabri in the film plays the role of a mother facing difficult challenges, where her story addresses deep themes related to faith, fear, life, and death.
The film is directed by Omar Hala and produced by Mohamed Hefzi, who described it as an "ambitious project" aiming to present stories that go beyond the ordinary.
