Khaberni - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan observed on Monday that the Hamas movement is determined to commit to implementing the terms of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, criticizing Israel for not implementing all that is required.
Erdoğan stated prior to a meeting in Istanbul for foreign ministers of Muslim countries to discuss the future of the sector, "Hamas seems determined to respect the agreement. Conversely, we all notice that Israel's record in this regard is very poor."
The Turkish president was speaking at a meeting of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, hoping that the latter "plays a driving role" in the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
