Khaberni - US President Donald Trump confirmed on Thursday that "Iran is very eager to strike a deal" with the United States, considering that "the Iranians are negotiating from a position of weakness" and "the Iranian leadership is in a very bad situation".
Trump told reporters in the Oval Office that "the siege on Iran is choking it... as it is not making any money from oil due to the siege", emphasizing that "the Iranian economy is collapsing".
The American President added: "We have a problem because no one knows who the leaders in Iran are.. we are dealing with the third tier in Iran after the killing of the first and second tier leaders". He also said: "I and a few others know the details of the talks with Iran".
Trump emphasized that "Iran cannot possess a nuclear weapon", adding: "Iran might hand us nuclear dust... We will get nuclear dust one way or another".
He also said that the attacks carried out by America and Israel on Iran in June "destroyed Iran's nuclear capabilities", adding: "We destroyed 90 percent of the Iranian missile factories".
In another context, the American President announced that he "does not mind" Iran playing its matches in the World Cup finals in the United States despite the war between the two countries.
Trump also assured the reporters that the gasoline prices "will drop sharply" once the Iran war is over.
Later, in an interview with "News Max", the American President confirmed that the United States has defeated Iran, noting at the same time that he wants a more decisive victory.
Trump confirmed that the American Armed Forces "destroyed the Iranian naval and air forces, radars, and eliminated the leadership". He continued: "We crushed Iran.. we have already won in Iran but we want to win by a large margin".
He also saw that "the siege on Iran is 100 percent effective.. Iran has become very weak militarily and economically.. and it will need about 20 years to rebuild if we stop now".
He stressed that "the conflict with Iran cannot end until preventing it from permanently possessing nuclear weapons", expressing his belief that Tehran "would have used nuclear weapons if it had obtained them". Therefore, he emphasized the necessity of "getting guarantees from Iran to never possess nuclear weapons".
