Khaberni - More than 60 countries in Hanoi today, Saturday, signed the first United Nations treaty targeting cybercrimes.
This agreement aims to create an international legal framework to enhance international cooperation in combating cybercrimes, which vary from child exploitation to fraud and money laundering.
United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed his satisfaction with this "important step," describing it as "just the beginning."
Guterres said during the signing ceremony in the Vietnamese capital: "Every day, sophisticated fraud operations destroy families, rob migrants, and drain billions of dollars from our economy.. We need a strong and interconnected global response."
