What are the Causes of Heavy Blood in Some People And How Do You Deal With Them

Khaberni - Dr. Walid Hindi, a mental health consultant, said that the heavy presence of a person, or what is known in colloquial dialect as "heavy blood," is a genetic factor acquired from one's parents, along with "light blood," since the genes transferred from both the father and the mother shape an individual's personality.

What are the causes of "heavy blood" in some individuals?

He added that upbringing is a contributing factor to the development of genetically inherited traits, where a child's expressions and reactions, whether light or heavy, are met with a response from the parents. If the reactions are encouraging towards humor, the child will be a cheerful and socially acceptable individual later on. However, if their actions are met with sternness by the parents, the child will go out into society unable to adapt, and unaware of the importance of smooth interactions with others.

Social rejection of someone due to their genetic makeup and upbringing

Hindi explained that personal behaviors and traits, whether intelligence or stupidity, cheerfulness or gloominess, acceptance or rejection, are all the result of inherited genes, and are enhanced by the environment in which a person grows, especially during childhood and adolescence phases.

What are the causes of social rejection for gloomy individuals?

He confirmed that people who suffer from this issue often are not aware of its magnitude, which is the lack of acceptance among people, pointing out that this reflects on their future life, as they suffer from a lack of luck in marriage and face difficulties in finding a life partner, in addition to problems in work environments, since gloominess provokes aversion from those who are indifferent to changing their improper behaviors.

He noted that a person suffering from "heavy blood" always tends to blame others for their failures, as they fail to achieve any success whether on a professional or social level, and they mostly spend their lives in complete isolation, due to people avoiding dealing with them, because they do not inspire optimism or offer solutions, but rather tend to exasperate and cause problems.

How do you deal with a "heavy blood" person?

Regarding how to deal with these individuals, Dr. Walid Hindi emphasized that one should be extremely cautious, being fully aware that they do not accurately understand situations or their magnitude, since their perception tends to be limited, noting the importance of avoiding confrontation with them to prevent a temporary contagion of gloominess.
