In Tabuk Saudi Arabia Executes Death Penalty Against Jordanians

Khaberni - Today, the Saudi Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the execution for murder, involving two Jordanian individuals in the Tabuk region.

The statement clarified that the offenders had engaged in smuggling amphetamines into Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi security authorities were able to arrest the mentioned offenders and their interrogation led to them being charged with the crime. Following their trial in the competent court, a verdict was issued confirming their guilt and sentencing them to death by execution, and the verdict became final after an appeal followed by endorsement by the Supreme Court, and a royal decree was issued to enforce what was legally decided.

The statement noted that the execution for murder was carried out on Saturday 3 / 5 / 1447H, corresponding to 25 / 10 / 2025, in the Tabuk region.

The Saudi Ministry of Interior confirmed that by announcing this, it reaffirms the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to protecting the security of both citizens and residents from the menace of drugs, and to imposing the severest penalties prescribed by law against their smugglers and promoters, due to the loss of innocent lives and severe corruption it causes to youth, individuals, society, and violation of their rights. It also warns at the same time that anyone engaging in such acts will face the prescribed legal punishment.
