Khaberni - Under the patronage of the Director of Education and Teaching for Naour District, Dr. Haifa Al-Khreisha, and with the attendance of the Vocational Education Department at the Ministry of Education, representatives from the local community, parents of students, and school principals and directors, the Creativity and Career Guidance Forum was held this morning at Khawla bint Al-Azwar Mixed Secondary School, aiming to highlight the importance of vocational and technical education and BTEC programs in preparing and qualifying students for the job market.

This event is part of the Ministry of Education's plan to enhance the culture of vocational education in schools and connect students with career paths that align with their abilities, interests, and future aspirations, contributing to the development of a conscious generation that possesses life and vocational skills ready to face the challenges of the era with confidence and competence.

In her speech, Dr. Haifa Al-Khreisha emphasized that vocational and technical education is no longer a secondary option, but has become a national path contributing to the development of the educational process in Jordan, highlighting that the ministry gives special attention to this field to provide students with the opportunity to discover themselves and empower them with the tools for success in work life and the future.

Al-Khreisha added that such meetings and field activities aim to enhance community awareness about the importance of vocational education, and illustrate the pivotal role of this education in opening new horizons for graduates in the fields of work and study both inside Jordan and abroad, thereby promoting a concept of learning for work and production, not just for obtaining a degree.

The event featured exceptional presentations of student projects within the BTEC program, during which they showcased their major achievements and practical skills acquired, varying from design, production, to entrepreneurship, reflecting the level of awareness and creativity achieved by the students thanks to this program.

Parents and local community members expressed their pride in the outstanding performance of the students, affirming that the BTEC program represents a real opportunity to build a qualified generation capable of integrating into the local and global labor market with confidence and efficiency.

At the conclusion of the forum, Dr. Haifa Al-Khreisha expressed her appreciation for the efforts made by the Vocational Education and Production Department in the success of the career guidance and technical events, confirming that such initiatives embody the vision of the Ministry of Education in fostering a culture of work and production, and contribute to building a conscious generation capable of employing their skills in service of their nation and community.
